Platform Overview

A brand intelligence platform built for the 72-hour window.

Between the first signal and the mainstream story is a window. Brandpathio is built to find it.

Platform Capabilities

Six capabilities. Each one closes a gap rules-based tools leave open.

Rules-based keyword monitoring tells you when your name appears. It doesn't tell you when the framing of that story has drifted, when the velocity of coverage is accelerating, or when a narrative is building in sources it doesn't watch.

Source Ingestion Engine

200K+ sources under continuous ingestion: top-tier wire services (AP, Reuters, Bloomberg), regional press across 40+ markets, Reddit and niche forums, Twitter/X and LinkedIn mentions, Substack newsletter networks, Discord public servers, and industry trade press. Source coverage is tiered by authority weight — a Substack with 50K subscribers and a history of breaking stories carries more signal weight than a new domain with no track record.

Polling intervals vary by source tier: Tier 1 sources (major wire services, high-velocity social) are ingested in near-real-time (under 90 seconds). Tier 2 sources (industry press, newsletters) are polled every 10–30 minutes. Deduplication prevents the same story from triggering multiple alerts as it syndicates across outlets.

Entity Resolution

NLP-based entity recognition that ties mentions to your specific brand, not just your brand name. The disambiguation layer handles common confusion cases at query time — "Apple Records" vs "Apple Inc." vs "Apple Bank" — so you aren't flooded with irrelevant mentions that happen to share a keyword.

Entity resolution extends to your executives, products, and sub-brands. When a story mentions your CMO by name, it surfaces with context linking it to your brand risk profile. This matters most in crisis scenarios where the individual becomes the focal point rather than the corporate entity.

Velocity & Acceleration Scoring

Crisis scoring formula: mention volume × acceleration factor × source authority weight. The acceleration factor is the key differentiator — a story with 10 mentions doubling every 2 hours receives a higher velocity score than a story with 1,000 mentions growing linearly. That 10-mention story is in an early inflection phase; the 1,000-mention story has already propagated.

Threshold triggers are configurable per brand profile. Soft alert fires at 2x baseline. Hard alert fires at 5x baseline. Teams calibrate their own baseline during a 30-day learning period; Brandpathio learns your normal volume patterns before setting alert thresholds.

Narrative Drift Detection

Brandpathio tracks not just where a story appears, but how the reported facts change across the retelling chain. When "company filed quarterly paperwork" becomes "company under regulatory scrutiny" across 12 retellings, the narrative drift detection layer surfaces the divergence and flags which outlets are the vectors of the distorted framing.

This capability is most valuable during fast-moving situations where correcting the record early — before a distorted narrative becomes the accepted version — is the difference between a non-event and a reputational crisis. The system maintains a verified fact baseline for each tracked brand and compares incoming story framings against that baseline in real time.

Competitive Intelligence

Passive monitoring of competitor mentions, PR campaign patterns, and executive statements across the same 200K+ source network. Brandpathio surfaces competitor narrative playbooks — not just what they're saying, but what framing they're establishing in media and how that framing positions them against you.

When a competitor makes a product announcement or PR push, the velocity spike in their coverage is visible in your dashboard before it reaches mainstream coverage — giving you time to prepare counter-messaging or position your own story. Radar tier monitors 1 competitor; Signal tier monitors up to 5; Command tier is unlimited.

Integrations

Alerts route where your team actually works. Native integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams deliver crisis packets with context — not just a link, but source breakdown, sentiment trajectory, velocity score, and related entity summary. Gmail and Outlook routing available for daily brief and digest formats.

Command tier includes full REST API and webhook support, enabling custom routing to incident management systems, internal dashboards, or CRM platforms. Zapier connector is in beta for no-code workflow automation. API documentation available on request.

Integration Ecosystem

Alerts route to where your team already responds.

A crisis alert that arrives in an inbox you check twice a day is not an early-warning system. Crisis packets route to Slack channels, Teams rooms, or custom webhook endpoints — wherever your team will see it in the next five minutes.

Slack
Real-time crisis packets with source breakdown, velocity score, and sentiment trajectory delivered to any channel.
Microsoft Teams
Same crisis packet format as Slack. Supports channel routing and @mention triggers.
Gmail & Outlook
Morning brief digest, instant high-priority alerts, and weekly brand health report.
REST API
Full programmatic access to alerts, mention data, and velocity scores. Command tier only.
Webhooks
Push alert payloads to any endpoint — incident management, internal dashboards, CRM. Command tier.
Zapier
No-code automation connector currently in beta. Early access available on Signal and Command plans.

Your monitoring gap is quantifiable.

Most teams are seeing brand signals 48–96 hours late. We can show you what you're missing.
